Non-Member Access to Club
VISITORS If you want to book guests onto the island in a separate car either meet them at the Guard Post or by using the attached form
There is a new system for booking visitors onto camp. The attached form can be sent months in advance to notify the guard of any visitors.
The new form should be completed and sent to the guard room using the multiuser email address on the form. Please note this email is not monitored after 1200hrs on a Friday.
All visitors will still have to book in at the guard room to obtain a temporary pass and must always carry photographic ID (drivers licence, passport etc) to gain access.
PARTIES, BBQ'S, CLUB DINNERS, WEDDING RECEPTIONS etc:
All NON-MEMBERS attending Club Functions MUST provide their name, together with registration number, make, colour and model of their car to the ORGANISER of the event by the week before the event. The organiser must then forward details of all non-members attending NO LATER than the 3 days before the event to the SSO who will ensure that the Guard Post has a list. Should there be a last minute addition to the guest list, it is the Organiser's responsibility to ensure that the Gatehouse has the name(s), registration number, make, model and colour of the car so that entry is not refused.
Members are responsible for the behaviour of the guests while on the station.
