Instructor Development: Dinghy Skills

A Dinghy Instructor development session.

This is a practical session for current and aspiring dinghy instructors who are a bit rusty and want to refresh their sailing skills, especially for those who aren't too familiar with the club boats. It isn't an aimless sail. Each attendee is expected to reflect on their recent sailing, identify areas that need improvement, then spend a few hours on the water getting some focussed practice. We'll try to group attendees together based on what they want to practice.

Think of this an an OTW for current and aspiring AIs, DIs and SIs.
