On the Water (OTW)

Just a reminder that sessions begin on the 20th May at 14:15. These are drop in, fun, supported sailing sessions for all ages! All club boats will be available to share or you can go out in your boat. The emphasis is on FUN and we go out in all weathers! Hope to see you there.

Plastic Fantastic (Now Ended for 2018)

Tuesday evenings (every 2 weeks - please check the events calendar) - All are welcome, any age and ability.

We will be using the club Pico dinghies so there is no need for a boat of your own.
The idea is for everyone to get on the water and hone their racing skills with a few practice starts followed by some short races.

The emphasis is on having fun while learning a few of the basic rules and tactics of racing in the safe and calm waters of the Thorney channel in front of the club.
Support from a safety boat is always on hand from which friendly advice and instruction will be given if needed.

We aim to meet at approximately 18:15 hrs and get on the water as quickly as possible. The session will finish at 20:30hrs depending on wind, tide and daylight.
