Thank you for your interest in Thorney Island Sailing Club Under the terms of the Club's lease, we are limited in the number of civilian members that we can accept. We are, therefore, looking for members who will support the Club's Objects as a registered charity and who are willing to volunteer to help out with club maintenance and carry out a working duty each year.

The Constitution and Byelaws can be found on this page and should be read before downloading and completing the Application Form. Please note that this is a sailing club and we do not have Social Members. Prospective members should intend to sail and either own a sailing vessel, or in due course buy one.

Our aim is to invite applicants to visit the Club and see what it has to offer. It gives us the chance to meet and answer your questions. These short interviews are arranged several times during the year.

TISC has some space in the Dinghy and Cruiser Parks for the storage of members' boats, but a space will only be confirmed at the time of membership offer.

There is a waiting list for A2 and A3 deep water moorings and B3 half tide moorings. Should you require a mooring you may request to be placed on the waiting list once you have been accepted for membership.
