Molly Wilson has been a long time member of TISC and has spent much of her junior years at the club. This talk from Molly is about why she still believes to this day that spending her junior years at TISC saved her life. She will explain how and attempt to back up this quite dramatic statement whilst also talking about autism as a whole. The talk will also include an insight into the benefits of the RYA Sailability scheme.

This talk will be a very personal perspective of struggling with Autism and how being involved with sailing really helped her to manage it. Although not the lightest of topics which at times will touch on mental health issues it will however, help to provide a valuable insight into the challenges of Autism and how sailing can really help to overcome them.

The bar will open at 18:00 and the talk commencing at 19:00. The talk will be followed by an American Supper. Those with surnames beginning with the surname L-Z are requested to bring a savoury and the rest a desert.
