The Application form must be used and applicants should note that, the Lounges with use of the Bar are only available for Private Events when use by members is light.
Generally, but not exclusively that is Saturday evenings after 7.30pm and other evenings after 6.00pm except for Monday and Thursday evenings and the evenings of the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays in the month.
The Club Calendar on this website should also always be checked for scheduled events before making an application.

The Commodore and the Committee make the final decision.
