VISITORS – PRIOR NOTICE must be given to the Station Staff Office (SSO), stating the date and approximate time of the visit of any member’s guest(s) travelling separately, with their name(s) and details of their vehicle. All civilians on the station MUST carry photo ID at all times.
PARTIES, BBQ’S, CLUB DINNERS, WEDDING RECEPTIONS etc:
All NON-MEMBERS attending Club Functions MUST provide their name, together with registration number, make, colour and model of their car to the ORGANISER of the event by the week before the event. The organiser must then forward details of all non-members attending NO LATER than the 3 days before the event to the SSO who will ensure that the Gate Post has a list. Should there be a last minute addition to the guest list, it is the Organiser’s responsibility to ensure that the Gatehouse has the name(s), registration number, make, model and colour of the car so that entry is not refused.
Members are responsible for the behaviour of the guests while on the station.
